This is a 1 hour fitness training class using punches, strikes, knees and kicks from some of your favorite fighting arts. It’s not specific to any one however. It’s more a blend and mixture of styles, which opens us up to a host of different challenges and intensities. All the work is done on a heavy boxing bag with a small amount of off-bag conditioning. Sometimes solo, sometimes in partners. Gloves and inners are supplied but you are welcome to bring your own.
