Hot Spin
Not for the faint-hearted! This is an advanced ride undertaking the hardest combination of cycle fitness we can put together for 60 minutes! But it doesn’t stop there. We don’t heat the room but we don’t cool it either!
We start at current room temperature and the heat generated by the riders pushes the temperature and humidity up from there. Think sauna. Think sweat. Lots of sweat!
