HIIT Circuit

A bi-weekly early morning workout that combines lifts, presses, pulls, cardio, and plyometric training in a non-threatening circuit format. Follow the timer for 45-60 secs of work with 10-15 sec recovery to change to the next station and challenge.

Ideal for beginners and advanced participants.
