Booking Policy


To encourage full participation and to make it fair to all our 15FIT community, we must enforce some simple rules when booking classes. Classes may be booked one week in advance, currently either in person at 15FIT reception or via SMS or email until our online system is up and running. Either way you will be given a quick response as to the availability of space in your selected class and your status thereafter e.g do you wish to be on the wait list if it is full?


In regards to cancellation of a booking, we will often be able to find someone from our wait list to fill your space however, If you book and ‘no show’ or give late cancellation notice, then you are still expected to pay the session fee.
For morning classes – cancellation must be made to 15FIT by 6pm the evening before.
For afternoon/evening classes – cancellation must be made by 12pm prior to the class starting.
This is the penalty for ALL – regardless of what pack or membership you have, including monthly unlimited.

If you need to cancel a session, please call your personal trainer directly (PT session) or Call us for any group class cancellation.
