A high intensity ‘striking’ class, combining traditional boxing punches, combos and drills that teach good technique, along with some leg kicks and other martial arts strikes to really mix things up. Great to improve coordination, cardio and timing, build strength and sculpt especially the arms, shoulders and core.
Using a mix of heavy bag and pad work, ocassional partner work, every workout is different.
